PREPARATIONS:
- To prepare tramezzini sushi without rice, flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin and spread both sides lightly with the vegetable spread.
- Put the carrots, cucumber, tofu and salad cress at the end of each slice, leaving a margin around the edges and roll up tightly.
- Roll in sesame seeds, pressing them in lightly.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.
